Where your purchased item ships from will depend on a number of factors, including the specific item, our current inventory levels, and your geographic location. Most of our items ship from either our U.S. or Chinese warehouses, although some items ship from Hong Kong. We choose the shipping method that will most likely be the most economical for the customer based on several factors. Regardless of where your particular purchase ships from, you should expect to receive it in a timely manner.
We use a variety of shipping methods, depending on a variety of factors. For most of our shipments, we use international priority shipping via either Fedex, UPS, or DHL. For some items we use U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. For a small number of purchases, going to customers in remote or unserviced regions, we will use airmail. This service is typically slower than the others, so if this is the only cost-effective service available to the customer, we will notify the customer before proceeding. The vast majority of our shipments arrive within 7-10 business days of purchase.
In 95% of cases, you will receive your item in 7-10 business days, and often much sooner (3-4 days). However, if you live in a remote region or an area that is not regularly serviced by the major carriers, your shipment could take up to 4 weeks. This applies only to a very small percentage of purchases. We will notify you if we expect your shipment to take longer than 10 days.
We stand completely behind every item that we sell, so you can buy with confidence from The Merchant Prince. We offer a total money-back guarantee for defects for 30 days from purchase. If there is anything wrong with the item you purchased, we will take it back and refund your money. Beyond the 30-day guarantee period, all of our items come with a full, 1-year manufacturer's warranty, which is serviced direct. You can send the item in for complete repair or free replacement if anything goes wrong with it during the period of the warranty. If you wish to return an item that you purchased from us, or you need it repaired or replaced, please contact us by phone at 1-855-724-6958, or e-mail us at email@example.com, and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number, as well as return instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and this applies to both the 30-day guarantee period as well as the 1-year warranty.
All of our products, unless otherwise noted, are brand new and unused, and come with a full 1-year warranty.
