Terms of ServiceProducts: All products are brand new, unused, and come with a full 1-year warranty, unless otherwise specified in the listing.
Shipping: The Merchant Prince will do everything possible to ensure that your items are shipped quickly, securely, and as cheaply as possible, and that they are delivered in a timely manner and in good condition. The great majority of items ship out within one business day of purchase, and tracking information will be provided via Paypal for the customer to be able to track the shipment. If there is any issue or problem that would cause the ship-out to be delayed more than one business day, we will notify the customer immediately.
The Merchant Prince ships from a number of different locations. Where your items ship from will depend on a number of factors, including the specific item purchased, our current inventory levels, and your geographic location. About half of our items ship from the USA, while a sizable portion ship from our warehouse in China, and a small percentage ship from Hong Kong or other locations.
Regardless of where your item ships from, you can expect, in the vast majority of cases, to receive the item within 7-10 business days. The majority of purchases will ship out via international priority on one of the major carriers, Fedex, DHL, UPS, or United States Postal Service. These shipments come with tracking information, and typically deliver in 5-7 days to all parts of the globe. On a small number of orders, however, the location of the customer is beyond the normal service of the major carriers. In these cases, shipment will default to airmail, which is slower and can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. In some of these cases (although not all) major carrier service is made available at a higher cost than normal. In those infrequent situations where we are shipping by airmail, we will notify the customer up front to determine if they want to wait for the longer delivery, cancel the order, or, if it is available, pay more for the major carrier service. As we ship internationally to most countries in the world, our deliveries often encounter the customs agencies of individual countries. Customs policies and fees vary greatly from country to country, and it is the customer's sole responsibility to be aware of the policies in his or her country. THE MERCHANT PRINCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS DELAYS OR CUSTOMS FEES GENERATED BY SHIPMENT TO AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. Please take time to educate yourself about any potential customs fees and protocols before making your purchase.
Warranty and Returns: The Merchant Prince stands behind every item we sell. Your purchase is protected by two guarantees. First, we offer a 30-day guarantee against defects. If you experience any significant problems with product malfunction within 30 days of purchase, you may return the item for a full refund, less return shipping cost. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Second, each item that we carry (unless otherwise noted) comes with a full, 1-year manufacturer's warranty, which is serviced direct. If you experience problems with your item during the warranty period, you may return it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, both under the 30-day return guarantee and the 1-year warranty repair and replacement.
In the instance that you want to return an item or have an item repaired or replaced, please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions. Anyone returning an item must have a Return Authorization Number in order to have the return or repair processed. Failure to comply with this method could result in a delay or denial of the return.
Payment: We currently accept Paypal as a method of payment for all of our items.

For all e-mails or all instances where a voice mail must be left, a response is usually made within one business day, barring unforeseen delays. We are open every day except for Sunday, during which our service department is closed all day. Any e-mails or messages received on Sunday will immediately be answered the following Monday.
